    A: It's the same herb-infused formula you know from the balm, without the wax and butters — which makes the oil more concentrated and ideal for massaging over larger areas. The balm is better suited for targeted, spot application; the oil is built for hands-on massage.

    Q: Will this feel warming or cooling on my skin? A: Both at the same time- this part is subjective depending on your sensation — a warming and cooling sensation from the herbs and botanicals, It's comfortable enough to use any time of year.

    Q: Can I use this for a massage, or just spot application? A: Both — it's formulated to glide smoothly for full massage over larger areas like shoulders, backs, and legs, or spot-applied to a specific sore muscle or joint.

    Q: Is this suitable for sensitive skin? A: Our oil is formulated with gentle, herb-infused botanical oils, but as always we recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

    Q: How should I store this oil? A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight, upright to keep the pump working smoothly.
